Warning of possible fires in KZN on Wednesday

The South African Weather Service has issued a warning for possible fires in parts of KwaZulu-Natal on Wednesday.

"Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over western and central interior of KZN today," the weather service said.

It says extremely high fire danger conditions are favourable for the development and spread of blazes in the western and central interior parts of the province.
The municipalities that need to be on alert include Abaqulusi, Alfred Duma, Greater Kokstad, Newcastle, Umgeni and Mpofana.
